工業(yè)4.0是德國政府在2013年漢諾威工博會上正式提出的國家戰(zhàn)略，其內(nèi)涵就是由集中式控制向分散式增強型控制的基本模式轉(zhuǎn)變，目標(biāo)是建立一個高度靈活的個性化和數(shù)字化的產(chǎn)品與服務(wù)的生產(chǎn)模式。工業(yè)4.0，也被認(rèn)為是助力實現(xiàn)“中國制造2025”戰(zhàn)略的有效途徑。
The goal of Industry 4.0 is to establish a highly flexible production mode of personalized and digitalized products and services. It is considered an effective way to help realize the strategy of "Made in China 2025".
石油化工行業(yè)的數(shù)字化升級是“中國制造2025”戰(zhàn)略關(guān)注的重要行業(yè)，目前中國石油化工行業(yè)數(shù)字化應(yīng)用已廣泛開展，主要集中在中石化、中石油、中海油等大型國有企業(yè)。國有大型石化企業(yè)通過自上而下的方式，分期開展油田和煉化廠數(shù)字化示范項目，統(tǒng)籌推進(jìn)數(shù)字化建設(shè)。
Oil, Gas & Petrochemical Industry is a main focus in the strategy of "Made in China 2025". Currently, the digitalization of China Oil, Gas & Petrochemical Industry has been widely carried out, it mainly focus on big State Owned Companies like SINOPEC, CNPC and CNOOC. The State-Owned Companies already started the some pilot projects to advance the industry digitalization in different stage.
